Pawpaw comes up to help Papa Rod fix the overhead door on Hazel's Garage, and subsequently misremembers the names of sheds and outbuildings.

Papa Rod corrects the names of the buildings, disses Thoreau, and ponders a time when the trees won't be invaded by thorns and vines.

Determined to ride a bike to the Farmhouse, Papa Rod takes one that won't charge the battery.  

Papa Rod sits in the dark and watches the fireflies and remembers that the whole world sparks and flames.

Finishing up the week's tasks, and strategically planning to nurse a wounded motorbike 400 miles.

Papa Rod nurses the orange motorbike 400 miles home, and ponders submission to being cared for even though it might not be as convenient as one might like.

Papa Rod takes Lolla to the Farmhouse to recuperate from surgery and sits on the porch listening to rain and pondering the passage of time.

Papa Rod spends a lot of time sitting on the porch with a  pretty girl, and even gets a visit from the granddaughter!

Some fences have to be removed to create a proper Prayer Garden.
